A study by Banaszek et al. found that pea protein and whey protein had similar effects on physical adaptations after eight weeks of high-intensity functional training. The study found that both proteins had similar effects on: Strength, Performance, Body composition, Muscular adaptations. Yeast protein fits this same profile, and should be just as effective.
