3 Simple, Nutritious Pancake Recipes

Pancakes are a beloved breakfast staple, but they don't have to be a nutritional downfall.

Add some extra protein, skip 'plain white' refined flours and you can create a delicious and satisfying meal that will keep you full and energized.

Here are three simple pancake recipes that prioritize both taste and nutrition:

 

1. Classic Buttermilk Pancakes with a Protein Boost

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your favorite pancake mix like Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes
  • 1 large egg (or TWO for added protein)
  • Some avocado or algae oil to coat the pan
  • 1 scoop ProteinRx

Instructions:

    1. Whip the eggs in a bowl (i just use a fork), maybe add a bit of nut milk
